About
Overview
The Sarasota Fine Art Show by Hot Works is held 100% outdoors at JD Hamel Park in downtown Sarasota, directly across from Marina Jack's. This prime waterfront setting offers exceptional visibility from US-41/Tamiami Trail and attracts affluent residents, boaters, and seasonal visitors. The park's central downtown location places the show within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions.

Booth Fees
- 10' × 10' = $475
- 10' × 15' = $715

Application Requirements
- Jury/Application Fee: $35
- Submit three images of your most compelling work
- Submit one image of your booth display as it will appear at the show
- Artist notification date: August 1, 2026
- Booth fee due 60 days before the show upon acceptance
Jury & Selection
After jurying is completed, artists will be notified of acceptance, rejection, or waitlist status. Artists chosen as alternates will be placed on a waiting list. The decision of the judges is final.
Move-In & Support
- Friday move-in: 8:30am–6pm
- Saturday morning; please be ready by 9:15am or sooner
- Overnight parking available at nearby campsites
- Friday and Saturday overnight loss prevention provided
- Booth sitters available
Marketing & Promotion
Hot Works supports each event with a comprehensive, high-impact marketing campaign including TV, radio, print, digital advertising, social media, postcards, banners, and more—all focused on attracting patrons ready to purchase art.
Policies
All work is original and personally handmade by the artist present at the show. Hot Works does not permit food in booth areas or music to interfere with artist sales. Every effort is made to keep buy/sell/import out of the show; artists are encouraged to report any violations in confidence.
