Overview

The 38th Annual Downtown Venice Art Festival is a vibrant outdoor celebration of art and craft along West Venice Avenue in historic Downtown Venice, Florida. Howard Alan Events, America's leading producer of juried street art festivals for over 40 years, hosts this highly promoted event with strong marketing and high-caliber artists.

  • Exhibition: October 31 – November 1, 2026
  • Set-up: Saturday
  • Show hours: Saturday & Sunday 10am–5pm

Location & Setting

West Venice Avenue in Downtown Venice, Venice, Florida. Outdoor venue with free public admission and no gate fee. Daytime and overnight parking available near the show site. Overnight security on-site.

Media & Booth Sizes

  • Accepted media: clay, digital, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking/drawing, sculpture, wood, resin
  • Booth spaces: 10×10 (10×20 available in limited quantity; double booth image must be submitted and approved)

Application & Fees

  • Minimum 3 images required to apply
  • Non-refundable Jury Fee (APF): $35
  • Booth fee: $555.00 (due immediately upon invitation to secure space; accepting on Zapp does not secure your space)

Important Notes

Applications are juried in order of date received. Apply early, as the show and categories may reach maximum allotment and close. Once closed, applicants apply for the waitlist only. Upon receiving an invitation, submit payment immediately with instructions provided in invitation email (check spam folder). Show dates and information are subject to change.

Howard Alan Events brings a high-end buying crowd to each event, with marketing support from the Sarasota Herald Tribune, WLTQ FM, Venice Gondolier, Venice Weekly, and Comcast Cable.
