Overview
Homesession is an international artist residency in Barcelona promoting visual arts creation. The residency welcomes proposals based on diverse media and practices with strong interest in interdisciplinary experimentation.
Residency Details
- Duration: October 1 – November 30, 2021 (2 months)
- Level 0 space: 33 m² working/exhibition space, kitchenette, toilet
- Level 1 apartment: 18 m² private bedroom with double bed, private working space/living room, private bathroom
- Includes: internet ADSL wifi, air conditioning/heating, bed clothes
- Non-smoking, no pets allowed
Eligibility
Open to European visual artists and curators of any age. Check the website to see if your work matches their artistic line.
Cost
€1,100 for 2-month residency including lodging and studio space. Travel and living expenses are not included.

Exhibition & Expectations
Exhibition during stay is optional. Residents may host an open studio or one-day show, but these are not required; research residencies are welcome.
