Overview

Under the Oaks Fine Arts & Crafts Show is one of the top-rated art shows in the country, held under a canopy of shady oak trees in a city park setting. The 76th annual event attracts 50,000+ visitors over a three-day weekend and invites approximately 230 artists to participate. Participating artists have voted this the #1 Florida show regarding sales.

Booth Setup

Booth tent is 10'×10' with 2' spacing between booths. Maximum height may be restricted to 10 feet due to trees. Double booths extending backward behind the tent spot are now allowed. Note: Vehicles may no longer be parked behind booths due to fire safety mandate. Artists may drive to drop off artwork and tent, then move vehicles to offsite parking. RVs and large box trucks are not permitted in park; all artwork must be hand-carted in.

Notification & Payment

Acceptance notifications appear in Zapplication account on or before November 18, 2026, with email confirmation from Vero Beach Art Club the same day. All booth fees must be received by December 18, 2026, or invited status will be rescinded and position waitlisted. No refunds after December 18, 2026.
