Event Details
Sarasota Fine Art Show by Hot Works takes place December 19 & 20, 2026, Saturday and Sunday, 10am–5pm at JD Hamel Park, 199 Bayfront Drive, Sarasota, FL 34236. The show is held 100% outdoors in a prime waterfront setting with exceptional visibility and nearby parking.

Eligibility
All media accepted. All work must be original and personally handmade by the artist present at the show.
Jury & Submission
A jury of art professionals selects work based on originality, technique/execution, and overall booth presentation. Submit three images of your most compelling work and one booth display image via zapplication.org. Jury payment is due with the application.
Key Dates
- Submission deadline: September 15, 2026
- Friday move-in: 8:30am–6pm; Saturday morning (ready by 9:15am)
- Show hours: Saturday & Sunday, 10am–5pm daily
Notification & Acceptance
After jurying, you will receive notification of acceptance, rejection, or waitlist status. Upon acceptance, booth fee is due 60 days before the show. Artist packages are emailed prior to the show with designated booth space and booth number available on the website about one week prior.
About Hot Works
Hot Works emphasizes quality of work and originality. All work must be handmade by the artist present at the show. Food is not permitted in booth areas and music does not interfere with artist sales. Every effort is made to prevent buy/sell/import of non-original work. The promoter has 35+ years of event and media experience and conducts an enormous advertising campaign including TV, radio, print, and digital marketing.
