With a maximum group of 12 (10 spots available as of September 2026), participants will explore the Japanese Alps during summer Bon festival season, with a nature immersion highlight of 5 nights in a ski village. The experience focuses on art and culture activities including photography, drawing, painting, writing, shrines, temples, gardens, and museums.
Explore beyond popular tourist destinations in the natural splendor of the Japanese Alps. Experience a 5-night immersion in a ski village, visit a sculpture museum at 2,000 feet elevation, and an art colony village with unique architecture. Participate in the annual Bon festival, explore shrines, temples, and galleries.
