Overview

The Pinecrest Gardens Art & Design Fair is an annual outdoor celebration of contemporary art, handcrafted works, and innovative design held in South Florida's historic Pinecrest Gardens. Approximately 75 exhibitors will be selected through a juried process.

Key Dates

  • Application Deadline: Friday, January 15, 2027 @ 12:00 PM (noon) or until all spaces are filled
  • Festival Set-Up: Thursday, January 21–Saturday, January 23, 2027
  • Festival Dates: Saturday, January 23, 2027 – 10 AM to 5 PM; Sunday, January 24, 2027 – 10 AM to 5 PM
  • Judging & Awards: Saturday, January 23 (awards announced in the afternoon)

Application Requirements

  • Complete online application
  • Non-refundable jury fee of $30
  • Submit five (5) images, including a mandatory booth image
  • Booth image should demonstrate how your work will be presented; emerging artists may submit a cohesive grouping of work with a brief explanation

Jury Process

The Fair utilizes a closed jury process evaluating 100% of exhibiting artists. Each application is reviewed virtually by a Select Juror on a 1–7 scale. Applications scoring 4 or below will not be selected. Evaluation criteria include: Consistency of Artistic Vision, Quality of Composition, Creativity & Originality, Technical Skill, Material Intent & Execution, and Booth Presentation. All jury decisions are final.

Awards

A panel of judges will visit each booth on Saturday, January 23 to evaluate the body of work and booth presentation in person. Cash awards totaling $10,000 will be distributed across five categories.
