Skyline Residency provides a unique live-work package combining a dedicated residence with an exhibition and sales space in the historic Ghetto of Venice. The residency welcomes artists, writers, and researchers to create in a serene, inspiring environment while connecting with international collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts.

A newly renovated, spacious three-room apartment atop a 500-year-old building on the 7th floor, accessible only by stairs (not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges). Residents enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across rooftops and canals. The apartment is a private studio-apartment combining living and workspace.

  • Minimum stay: 2 weeks
  • Maximum stay: 6 weeks

A dedicated room in an established art gallery below the residence provides an optional venue to exhibit and sell work to collectors and art enthusiasts. No percentage is owed to the gallery. A dedicated full-day gallery attendant handles all visitor inquiries and sales. Artists retain full ownership and rights to their work.

Located in the historic Ghetto of Venice with nearby cafés, restaurants, and a Vaporetto station. Plenty of art and supply shops within a 2–3 minute walk.

  • Artist's share: €950 per week
  • Venezia Contemporanea covers 50% of €1,900 per week

Residents are encouraged to focus on their creative work, share insights or progress informally or through a small presentation (optional), and provide feedback to help improve future programs.
