Overview

A juried pastel competition open to international artists. Competitors are divided into Emerging and Established categories based on experience and success with pastel work.

Categories

  • Emerging: For artists serious about their work and excited to share their paintings.
  • Established: For artists who have gained success through competitions, awards, gallery showings, critical acclaim, or commercial success.

How to Enter

  • Pay for your entry using credit card (called 'submission credits'); select one or multiple entries.
  • Select your category (Emerging or Established); use the same category for all entries.
  • Complete entry details including title, unframed dimensions, artwork description, pastel brand(s), and painting surface.
  • Upload a clear image of the painting only (no frame, mat, easel, or studio space).

Submission Deadline

  • September 16, 2026

Results

Selected artists will be notified by email before the general announcement. All entries are included in the full Web Gallery.
