Her multidisciplinary approach connects wellness, movement, nutrition, personal and development, and everyday sustainability. Her approach to wellness is rooted in sustainability. Elle believes self-care is not something women should wait to practice after burnout, but a consistent way of protecting their health, energy, creativity, and ability to show up fully in the areas of life that matter most, all of them. She is intentional, and sometimes radical, about her own self-care, using movement, nourishment, reflection, boundaries, and restorative practices to support the many roles she holds. Through this program, Elle brings together her own experience balancing these demands with the expertise of life coaching, and wellness practitioners from the community to help women build realistic, sustainable practices that allow them to thrive without constantly running on empty. WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR? This experience is designed for women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop realistic wellness practices that can support the life and future they are building. Come as you are. Leave with practices you can carry forward. 6 weeks. 6 conversations. One whole woman.
