The census is part of the Martindale-Brightwood Quality of Life Plan and aims to identify and celebrate the creative community, expand arts education, preserve neighborhood culture, and create opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Open to anyone with a meaningful connection to Martindale-Brightwood, including current residents, former residents, those with family ties, people who work or attend church in the area, or others with community connections. You do not need to be a professional artist—creativity includes painting, photography, cooking, gardening, crocheting, woodworking, writing, and more.
By participating, you may be considered for future exhibitions, events, public art projects, workshops, and other opportunities. The census will help the community better understand its creative landscape and build connections among artists and community partners.
