Overview
The Department of Haute-Savoie is commissioning the design, creation, and installation of a public artwork as part of the 1% artistic program accompanying the construction of a new secondary school and restructuring of the existing Parmelan secondary school in Groisy (74570). The total budget for this intervention is 342,000 EUR TTC.
Budget and What Is Included
The 342,000 EUR TTC budget covers: design fees, fabrication, materials and equipment, transportation and installation, commissioning, including any supplementary intellectual services (engineering, technical control, coordination, inspection and acceptance of work, etc.); copyright assignment; and candidate indemnities (premiums).

Eligibility and Application Requirements
Artists must submit: documents relating to their legal status, economic and financial capacity, and technical and professional capacity. Technical and professional capacity materials must include a portfolio of past works (similar or dissimilar, recent and older) with presentations for each, and a statement of intent (maximum 2 pages, A4 format) justifying the candidate's technical and artistic capacity to carry out the requested work, considering its characteristics, context, and technical requirements.
