Ignite Studio seeks submissions for "Fiber Optics," a juried group exhibition showcasing artwork composed of or integrating fiber materials and techniques. The exhibition explores fiber work from its traditional domestic origins to contemporary artistic expressions. Any media where the majority or focus is fiber is acceptable, including 2D or 3D art forms.

This show will be juried by guest artist and author Gwen Blakely Kinsler, Founder of The Crochet Guild of America.org (1994) and 2014 Inductee into the CGOA Crochet Hall of Fame. Her passion for fiber art spans crochet, embroidery, knitting, lacemaking, tatting, quilting, and weaving.
