Overview

Summit Artspace invites submissions for two separate opportunities: the 24th Annual Kaleidoscope Juried Exhibition and FRESH 2027, a call for an emerging curator to lead an exhibition in Akron.

Kaleidoscope Juried Exhibition

Members of Alliance for the Visual Arts (AVA) organizations are invited to submit work for the 24th Annual Kaleidoscope Juried Exhibition, on view October 15–December 19, 2026. Cash prizes will be awarded.

FRESH 2027: Call for Emerging Curators

Summit Artspace seeks an emerging curator to propose and lead the 2027 FRESH Exhibition (Jan 8–Mar 13, 2027) in Akron. Applicants must be based in Summit County or contiguous counties with 5 or fewer years of curatorial experience. Stipend: $350.
