1324 House is accepting applications for its founding summer cohort, an intimate artist residency inside a Brooklyn living art house. The residency is shaped by atmosphere, attention, care, and creative proximity, and residents participate in establishing the rhythms and culture of the house from the ground up. Shorter stays may be considered case by case depending on fit, timing, and room availability.
