About
Overview
A 2-day outdoor fine arts festival at IRC Intergenerational Center Wiggins Field in Vero Beach. Each artist receives a 10' x 10' booth space with a minimum of 2' between spaces. Maximum height 10'; white tents only. Artists are responsible for supplying and setting up their own tent.

Application Requirements
- One category per application
- 4 digital images required: 3 showing artwork examples and 1 booth display photo
- Booth photo may not contain the artist or artist's name
- Photos of submitted artwork may be used for promotional purposes
- Maximum of two categories in one booth if both are accepted (each category requires a separate application)
Fees
- Application fee: $35
- Late application fee: $60
- Booth fee: $250 (due within 14 days of acceptance, no later than September 30, 2026)
- Non-refundable; no refunds for cancellation or inclement weather
Jurying & Notification
A panel of jurors will review artwork examples with artist names excluded. Selections are based solely on the artwork and tent setup photos submitted. Jury result notices will be emailed by September 15, 2026.

Ribbons will be awarded for Best In Show, Merit Award, and Honorable Mention.
