The 50th Annual Fall Mountain Heritage Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried show for handmade fine arts and crafts. Judged one of the top festivals in America and awarded Sunshine Artist Top 200 Best Shows multiple years. Approximately 160+ carefully selected and prejudged artisans participate. Indoor and outdoor spaces available.

  • First jury deadline: May 30, 2026
  • Final jury deadline: September 4, 2026
  • Jury will remain open until full
  • Festival dates: September 25-27, 2026 (Friday-Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; must be present all three days)

Jefferson County, WV Fairgrounds, Kearneysville, West Virginia. Less than an hour from DC/Baltimore & Northern VA Metropolitan areas. Option for indoor or outdoor spaces.

Participation is open to all handmade fine arts and crafts. All work must be original, executed and designed by the artist in attendance. No work made with commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, or prefabricated pieces allowed. No retail vendors.

Submit 4-5 digital images of your best works with prices included, 1-2 images of your booth display from an actual show (whenever possible), and a brief but thorough artist statement describing your background, materials, techniques, and price range. All images must be high resolution.

  • Application fee: $30
  • Booth fees: Based on size and location, $400+

FREE coffee, donut/Danish each morning for participants. On-site banking, designated parking, on-site camping, paved walkways, ATM access for patrons/vendors, and friendly staff and organizers.

General admission $10 includes live bands, wine & spirit tastings & craft beer tastings, parking, kids activities & kids bands, and free craft workshops. Advance tickets online $5.00 (plus fee and tax).
