Overview
In partnership with TALM-Tours and as part of the professionalization program Les Affluentes, the Valimage association is launching a call for applications for young TALM graduates between 2022 and 2026: a one-month photographic creation residency at La Maison Ligérienne de l'Image, in Tavers (4). This initiative aims to enrich the career paths of TALM graduates and strengthen their professionalization.
Conditions of Residency
The selected artist will benefit from a one-month residency in Tavers from January 4 to February 5, 2027, including accommodation at La Maison Ligérienne de l'Image, a workspace, artistic and professional support, and access to TALM resources (technical workshops, library). The residency will conclude with an exhibition.
Financial Support
- Global budget: 3,000 €
- Artistic remuneration: 1,500 €
- Production costs: 1,000 €
- Travel expenses: 250 €
- Meal expenses: 250 €
Eligibility Conditions
- Hold a Diplôme national supérieur d’expression plastique (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026) from TALM.
- Develop a practice in photography and image.
- Ensure continuous involvement and regular communication regarding project progress to the TALM professionalization manager.
- For practical reasons, the resident should preferably have a vehicle or at least a B driving license.
- Practices in photography, video, and image are eligible.
