3 Dimensions November 14th – December 4th, 2026 3 -D art can include sculptures, carvings, reliefs, collage, assemblage, ceramic, three-dimensional paintings, installations or any artwork that utilizes the dimension of depth ELIGIBILITY San Diego artists may submit images of your original artworks ENTRY Email Registration Form and images to [email protected] *You may submit up to three pieces. Image files must be labeled with your name and the title of your piece. Also attach the registration form. *Pay in person, over the phone, or mail in a check made out to EAP. ENTRY FEE EAP Members: $20 for one, additional $5 for each piece Non-members: $30 for one, additional $5 for each piece *Entry fees are non-refundable. GENERAL PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS We strive to protect your work. To prevent possible damage to it, artwork must be appropriately prepared for exhibition when delivered. Artwork that fails to comply with entry requirements will be disqualified. Two-dimensional work must be wired with sufficient gauge to support the weight of the work and be ready to hang. Installation and multiple piece works must include a simple diagram showing installation positions. Work previously exhibited at the EAP will not be accepted. Accepted artwork may not be removed before the end of the exhibition. If you anticipate that your work requires atypical hanging or if you aren’t sure, please contact the Gallery prior to delivery dates for clearance. Special hanging, display and/or lighting requirements will be at the discretion of the Exhibition designer. There will be a 40% commission on works sold in the exhibition. LIABILITY By submitting I acknowledge that I have read and understand the general presentation requirements of the exhibition and will abide by them. The greatest possible care will be taken in handling art works. The EAP and/o their agents will not be responsible for loss or damage to any artwork submitted. IMAGE RECEIVING DUE DATE Friday, October 16th 2026 at midnight *Accepted works will be posted online within a week. DELIVERY OF ARTWORK Accepted work must be hand-delivered or mailed (with return postage and self-addressed box) no later than Saturday, November 7th, 11am - 3pm *Unless otherwise arranged with the Gallery. No phone inquiries. All decisions by the jurors will be final. PICK UP/STORAGE OF ART WORK We have limited space for artwork storage. Accepted work must be picked up on the pick-up day, December 5th. Artwork remaining at the gallery 30 days after the end of the show for which it was submitted may be donated to charity. JUROR: Julia C R Gray Julia sculpts opalescent, Oceans-inspired ceramic torsos in her home studio. Gray worked as a representational painter from 1980 to 2010, creating murals and oil paintings, until she returned to university to study sculpture.
