Overview
The Third Annual Horrorotica is a two-day national event featuring erotic art exhibition and related performances. Erotic artwork in any medium is welcome; horror themes are encouraged but not required.
Key Dates
- Submission deadline: August 18 at midnight
- Notification: August 27
- Hand-delivered drop-off: Friday, October 9, 6–8pm
- Exhibition: October 10, 6–11pm and October 11, 4:30–9:30pm
- Pick-up: Monday, October 12, 6–8pm
Eligibility
- Open to U.S. artists, 18 years or older
- All work must be original and personally executed
- No AI-generated art
- Photographers must have signed model releases on file confirming models were 18+
- All work must be ready to hang and available for sale
Media & Format
Erotic artwork in any medium is accepted. Horror themes are encouraged but not required.
Application & Fees
- Non-refundable application fee: $20 for submission of up to 5 works
- Fee waivers available upon request; email [email protected]
- Submit original, completed works only
- All entries must contain copyright-free material or material released with consent
Submission & Delivery
- Limit: 5 works per artist
- Shipping deadline: October 5
- Hand-delivered drop-off: Friday, October 9, 6–8pm
- Artists responsible for shipping costs and return shipping labels
Sales & Commission
All accepted work must be available for sale. Gallery retains 30% commission; artist receives 70%.
Liability
Artists are responsible for providing their own insurance. Undressed PDX takes precautions against theft and damage but bears no responsibility for loss or damage to works before, during, or after the event.
