Coquina Beach Spring Art & Craft Show is a juried outdoor event limited to approximately 70-80 booth spaces, allowing exhibitors to shine with less competition. This is the 4th year at this location on the extreme southside of Anna Maria Island on the gulf side.

  • Submission deadline: April 1, 2027
  • Event dates: Saturday, April 3 – Sunday, April 4, 2027 (10am–5pm)
  • Event setup: Saturday 6:30am–9:30am (all vehicles must be off festival footprint by 9am)
  • Setup email sent approximately 30 days before event

Open to artists, craft makers, inventors, designers, and service vendors through juried selection. The show accepts various creator types including handmade work, production/studio work, inventors, designers, fair trade, and service businesses.

  • Early Bird (before February 4): $15 jury/application fee
  • Regular (after February 4): $25 jury/application fee
  • Sponsors: starting at $600
  • May apply in up to 2 categories

Minimum 4 images required to apply. Artists are selected through a review of their work by a panel of experts.

  • Booth spaces are approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep with at least 2 feet between booths
  • Booth and a half and double booths available on limited basis
  • All artist exhibitor tents must be white (except branded sponsor booths)
  • No cheap camping tents; pop-up tents not recommended; if using EZ UP or umbrella-type tent, minimum 40 pounds per leg (160 pounds total) required
  • Easy load in/load out next to booth (weather permitting)
  • Designated reserved unloading area

Displays must be professional and pleasing to the eye. No handmade signs. Booth space should reflect your creativity. You must display within your allocated space without infringing on neighbors. If invited, your booth display must reflect the pictures sent for jurying—if display changes, updated photos are required. Booth checks will be done Friday morning. No chairs in walkways or obstructing neighbors or show flow.

  • Categories capped with no more than 25% jewelry
  • Staff support on location throughout event
  • Comprehensive 7-month ad campaign beginning in October each year featuring 1/4 page ads in AMISun and The Islander, area tourism websites, posters, chamber and digital marketing, social media ads, and distribution of 1000s of rack cards and posters from November through April in local businesses, restaurants and resorts
