Event Schedule
- Friday, January 15: Check-in/setup 9 am–3 pm; Show 4 pm–10 pm (optional)
- Saturday, January 16: Check-in/setup 6 am–8 am; Show 11 am–10 pm (6 pm–9 pm optional)
- Sunday, January 17: Show 11 am–6 pm

Fees

- Booth fee payment due December 16, 2025 (made directly to Paragon, not through the application portal)
Waitlist Policy
If the booth fee payment is not received by the deadline, invited artists will automatically be moved to the waitlist.
