This is a rain or shine event. Artists must bring all necessary weights to secure their tent—60 lbs per tent leg is required. Due to the location near water, a well-weighted tent is essential. Plan contingency weights if weather gets windy. Four 5-gallon buckets with lids can be filled with water onsite as backup. The Show Director and Staff will decide whether to close early or postpone in case of severe weather; no refunds will be given for truncated or cancelled shows due to weather.
