Awards Judge : Buffy Kaufman Please make certain you have reviewed all the details on the Prospectus and provide all details in this application carefully and accurately. The Prospectus It is also attached within this application. Up to 4 entries are accepted per artist. Entries are not juried in. No images are required. Members: 2 entries $30, with each additional $15 each. Non-Members: 2 entries $40, with each additional entry $15 each. Suggested pricing should not exceed $250 on any 2D Art item. Tax must be included. 2D need to be (16"x16") or smaller, including the frame, and measured on the diagonal. 3D wall hanging sculptures may be up to a 20" measured on the diagonal or smaller. 3D Pedestal may not exceed 25H" with a base not to exceed 14x14". 3D Floor-standing sculpture may not exceed 72"H. We will be having a 10% off Sale on Reception Day, December 5, and you will be contacted separated to see if your will be participating. It is not necessary. Any Sold items will be paid for the month following the sale. Any Sold item may be replaced for a $10 fee, paid at the time of drop off to the Hosting staff. WAIVER TO HOLD HARMLESS/LIABILITY : Carlsbad Oceanside Art League (COAL) and the accepted Artist, Representatives, and/or Owner of certain artworks, originals, prints created by the artist, and presented to the Carlsbad-Oceanside Art League, hereafter referred to as the (COAL), for the participation in the COAL Open Holiday Small Image Awards show, do hereby acknowledge that I have am voluntarily participating. in the temporary exhibition, and that. I am responsible to adhere to the Policies and Procedures in this Prospectus set forth for inclusion into this event. I hereby waive any claim for loss, theft, damage or injury to the works of art caused during event exhibition period, until the works of art are removed by me, or sold while at the Gallery. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Carlsbad-Oceanside Art League and its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or suit for loss, damage or injury to the works of art or caused by any person while the works of art are on public display, including loss, theft, damage or injury resulting from the acts of third parties, fire, or water. You should consider providing your own insurance. I further acknowledge that, pictures and/or videos taken during COAL programs, activities and/or events may be used for future promotional or communication purposes on all social media platforms representing the COAL. The above Waiver cannot be altered or the artwork will not be accepted for exhibition. I have carefully read and agree to this release, hold harmless and agreement not to sue, and fully understand its contents, and have signed and acknowledged the Entry form.
