Overview

Excellence In Fibers XII will showcase the best of current international fiber and textiles to a growing global fiber art community. Artists are encouraged to push the boundaries in the areas of installations, sculpture, vessels, wall/floor works, and wearable art. The exhibition will be juried by the Fiber Art Now creative team and will be featured in the winter 2027 issue of Fiber Art Now, to be released in early January 2027. Selected artwork will be eligible for the on-site exhibition at Grants Pass Museum of Art in Grants Pass, Oregon.

Eligibility

International artists welcome
Artwork must be created in 2020 or later
Maximum 3 entries per artist

Media & submission requirements

Fiber and textile artwork only: installations, sculpture, vessels, wall/floor works, wearable art
Submit 1–3 high-quality images (5MB or less each); no detail shots or alternate views
Full images only, straight-on, neutral background, no hands or feet visible
Finished physical pieces only; AI-generated images or renderings as substitutes are not eligible
Artist statement required: 100 words or fewer per artwork, in first person, specific to each piece

$40 for up to three entries
