Overview

Join the community of volunteers at Henry Moore Studios & Gardens to help bring Henry Moore's home and workplace to life. Volunteering offers first-hand insight into the work of one of the world's most notable sculptors and the day-to-day operation of an international arts organisation.

Volunteer Roles

• Volunteer Gardeners: Help maintain Moore's 70-acre sculpture gardens, working on specific projects or generally across the estate. Commitment usually for one season at a time.
• Volunteer Guides: Lead guided tours for educational and group visitors during open season (April to late October). Flexible time commitment.
• Volunteer Archive Assistants: Catalogue, digitise, and rehouse items from the Henry Moore Archive, one of the world's largest archives dedicated to a single artist. (Note: Currently not recruiting guides or archive assistants)

Requirements

No experience required. Specific training will be provided. An enthusiasm for art and culture or experience in education is preferred.
