Eligibility
Open to all artists and designers. All work must be original. Vendors will be reviewed and chosen by the Art Show Jury Committee. The Jury reserves the right to review and select each artwork, product, or design that has been submitted. Once vendor capacity is reached, applicants will be placed on a waitlist.

Application Requirements
All applications must be submitted through the ZAPPlication platform. Each artist must submit three appropriate images showcasing their work.

- Double Booth: $240
- Triple Booth: $355
- Power: $15
- Late Fee (applications after November 13): $40
Location & Setup
The Town Green at Russell Crossroads, diagonally across from Catherine's Market. 17 Russell Farms Road, Alexander City, AL 35010. Russell Crossroads security is on-site every night from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Russell Lands is not responsible for anything left on the Town Green.
Important Notes
- The show will be held rain or shine.
- Payment will be completed on ZAPPlication after approval.
- Artists are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax (6%).
- Reproductions of a participating artist's original work are permitted but must not exceed 25% of total products offered for sale.
- Reproductions of other artists' work are not permitted.
- The Holiday Bazaar will be promoted through digital, print, and social media advertising.
