About
Overview
Indiana University East invites artists to participate in a 2026-2028 juried, on-loan outdoor sculpture exhibition on the Richmond, Indiana campus. Selected artists will be awarded a $2,500 honorarium per piece and must enter into an Art Loan Agreement with IUE.

Eligibility
Artists must own the rights to their artwork, which must be available for the full two-year exhibition period. Artwork must be ready to set on 8'x8' concrete pads and installed via welded steel tabs or similar easy-install methods. Fragile or dangerous works will not be accepted.
Media & Requirements
Sculptures must be constructed of durable materials that will withstand year-round Indiana weather and remain outdoors on public display.
Submissions
- Submit up to 2 sculptures; each entry is considered separately
- Per submission: 3 images (front, back, 1 detail), dimensions, and stated insurance value

Awards
Selected artists receive a $2,500 honorarium per accepted piece.
Delivery & Insurance
Selected artists are responsible for transportation to and from the installation site. Artwork must arrive exhibition-ready. IUE will supervise installation and provide insurance for the duration of the exhibit.
