The Cologne cultural authority awards the Dr. Dormagen-Guffanti Stipendium annually to visual artists. The 2027 call seeks artists in drawing and printmaking to develop collaborative artistic projects with residents of a severe disability care home and allied social organizations on the same site. The stipendium honors a 150-year legacy of support for people with disabilities initiated by Dr. Hubert Dormagen.
