We are proud of the work of OAC grantees, so we encourage you to inform the media, your legislators, and your community about the impact of your investment from the Ohio Arts Council! We also want to hear from you! You can request a new program/playbill ad, submit a story idea, or send us a photo to use in our publications. Show Your OAC Grant Support As part of your grant contract with the state, you are required to credit the OAC as a funder in your promotional and educational materials (both online and in print) and—if applicable—provide written and verbal credit. The requirements differ depending on the type of grant you receive, so make sure to check your grant agreement. Use of the OAC Logo and Branding Guidelines Failure to use the Ohio Arts Council logo as specified in the grant agreement may result in the rescission of your grant. When using the Ohio Arts Council logo in print and electronic materials, please ensure it is legible and proportionate to other logos. If you need a stacked version of the logo to meet these requirements, contact [email protected]. When using the OAC logo on websites, make sure to provide a link to oac.ohio.gov. For print publications, use the EPS or JPEG file formats. For digital publications, use the PNG file format. Download OAC Logos Download OAC Brand Guidelines Information for Organizational Grantees: Event Program Ads All organizations that receive public funding from the Ohio Arts Council are required to show their support in promotional materials. Event Program Requirements Sustainability-Large Organizations The largest 40 organizations that receive Sustainability funding are considered "Sustainability-Large" grantees and must provide one full-page of advertising space to the OAC in all season programs. The OAC will provide camera-ready art. Sustainability-Mid-sized and Sustainability-Small Organizations Sustainability grantees who fall outside the largest 40 organizations are considered "Sustainability-Mid-Sized" or “Sustainability Small” grantees. While not required to place an OAC ad, many Sustainability-Mid-Sized or Sustainability-Small organizations request a camera-ready ad from the OAC to use in their programs to show their support. Request Event Program Ads & See Examples When requesting an ad, please allow for at least two weeks for delivery. The OAC is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally, and economically.
