The Ibermúsicas Aid to the Music Sector Call in Virtual Mode 2021 supports virtual music projects to be realized in 2022. Eligible projects include training events (master classes, workshops, courses, training), concert cycles, virtual creation laboratories and residencies, music research and regional editorial development, international music corridor projects, festivals, markets and fairs, music technology and innovation projects, synchronization projects for video game platforms, cinema and multimedia, album recordings, experimentation and hybridization processes, or combinations thereof.

Open to nationals or registered residents of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Uruguay, or Venezuela. All projects must include co-participation from agents of at least one other Ibermúsicas member country, with required Letters of Commitment from co-participating agents or institutions from other member state(s).

All projects must develop within their comprehensive plan some type of content or product that can be transmitted to the public, preferably through the Ibermúsicas Program's digital channels. Projects must be scheduled to occur between January 1 and December 31, 2022.

The call supports virtual music projects that promote the creation, presence, and knowledge of Ibero-American musical diversity; encourage formation of new audiences in the region; expand employment opportunities for music professionals; and involve Ibero-American cooperation.
