Must be a paid member of Scottsdale Artists League in good standing.
Submit up to 4 high-quality JPG images showing art only (no gaps, mat, or frame visible). Include title, medium, price, artwork size, and framed size for each work.
Entry fee is $40 for up to 4 works (non-refundable). This is a juried show with no stated prize. Work must be for sale; NFS is not allowed. Sales proceeds are distributed 70% to artist, 30% to Scottsdale Artists League, within 15 days of show end.
Drop off accepted artwork Thursday, October 29, 2026, 10am–11:30am at Canopy by Hilton Hotel Lobby. Label artwork on back with name, dimensions, title, and price. Bring completed forms and one title card (SAL provides wall title cards). SAL Hanging Committee completes installation. Artists must leave once check-in is complete.
By participating, artists agree that photos/videos may be used in promotions by SAL and/or Canopy by Hilton, and comply with SAL's Code of Conduct and Material Usage Policy. Show Chairpersons have sole discretion to accept/reject work, determine placement, and remove artwork or participants for disruptive conduct. Artists warrant all submitted work is original or they hold necessary rights. Artists assume all risks of damage, loss, or theft and are encouraged to carry their own insurance. SAL and Canopy by Hilton are not responsible for loss or damage except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
