Transatlantic Rising Stars Project 2027

The European Union Delegation to the United States invites European artists to participate in a three-year initiative fostering transatlantic collaboration. The programme supports visual arts, film and music through residencies, industry engagement, mentorship and opportunities to present work to American audiences. Who can apply: EU visual artists of all mediums, award-winning EU film directors, and mid-career EU songwriters and performers. Each programme has specific eligibility requirements. What you get: Fully funded participation, including travel, accommodation and core programme costs, alongside mentorship, collaboration with US artists, industry networking, public presentation opportunities and digital promotion.
