It supports young African artists exploring new forms of photography and promotes artist mobility to share work and expand artistic and professional networks.

The jury will consist of directors of the three partner institutions and an invited specialist. Portfolios and residency projects will be judged on quality of work, artistic coherence, and necessity of realization in Paris.
Live-in studios are designed to combine creative work and daily life. A studio can accommodate up to two adults and one child up to 10 years old. Additional fees charged for accompanying persons. The studios do not currently meet accessibility standards for people with disabilities; contact organizers for accessibility inquiries.
A residency report will be requested at the end of the programme. Collective applications result in allocation of one studio, one monthly stipend, one research-creation grant, and one travel allowance.
