Members make decisions regarding funding and oversee the strategic and operational planning of the organization. We encourage Board members to become members of COCA but there are no fundraising requirements. The Board’s main role is to uphold the Section 265.32 of the Florida Statutes and to advocate for the organization and the larger cultural community.
All meetings are open to the public. The COCA Board of Directors generally meets on alternate months with the Executive Committee from 4 – 6 pm, unless otherwise noted. Board Subcommittee meetings take place as needed. If you require any accommodations to attend meetings or use written materials, please contact Summer Callahan at [email protected].
