General InformationThe Pennsylvania Journal of Arts and Sciences (PJAS) is an independent publication dedicated to presenting contemporary creative work across disciplines. The journal brings together a range of voices, with a primary focus on visual art and poetry, alongside experimental and cross-disciplinary practices.Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year and considered for inclusion in quarterly issues. Submissions made before the call deadline will be considered for the upcoming Winter 2027 'Vintage' Issue. Application RequirementsApplicants should provide the following materials:Work SamplesHigh-resolution files suitable for review. Multiple submissions may be included.Titles of Submitted WorkEach work should be clearly titled.Work DescriptionA brief statement outlining medium, approach, or context.Early submissions (before June 15, 2026) will be free of cost.
