Overview
The Fall Celebration Pop-Up is an outdoor market event taking place under the Market Shed and in the east lot of Grand Rapids Downtown Market. Vendors will sell handmade fall-themed items to guests shopping for seasonal decor and goods while enjoying cocktails, mocktails, and entertainment.

Eligibility & restrictions
Vendors selling handmade fall-themed items are welcome. No stickers, permanent jewelry, or CBD-related products. Food vendors must carry applicable food licenses; foods prepared under Cottage Food Law are prohibited. Food and beverage for immediate consumption, mobile food establishments, and Special Transitory Food Units are not allowed. Vendors accepted for no more than four Downtown Market Vendor events in 2026. Vendors selected for this event will not be accepted for the 2026 Christkindl Markt.

- Locally made food items such as jams, jellies, honey, cocktail mixers, roasted coffee (packaged take-out only)
- Made in Michigan items
- Ornamental corn
- Outdoor decor including pumpkins, gourds, corn stalk arrangements, hay bales, signage, etc.
- Planters
- Potpourri (fall scents)
- Pressed leaf and/or flower bookmarks and placemats
- Scarves and hats
- Seasonal fruit and vegetables
- Skincare and bath products (for colder weather)
- Soaps (fall shapes and scents)
- Textiles and linens (fall colors, designs)
Application
Submit a minimum of 5 images of your products. Vendors will be juried on a rolling basis.
