Overview
4Culture's Cultural Support Services Projects program provides funding for organizations and Tribes that improve the quality of life and careers for King County cultural practitioners. Cultural Support Services are investments in the people who lead and sustain the culture and science sectors. Projects must be accessible to and have impact on individual cultural practitioners beyond your organization's paid/unpaid staff and board.
Funding Categories
Projects must align with one or more of five categories: Career Pathways (leadership development, entry, retention, return to sectors); Wellbeing (addressing holistic needs of practitioners); Community Building and Organizing (creation of cohorts, communities, networks, strong leadership); Technical Assistance and Professional Services (skill development, consultation, access to affordable services, physical space and equipment); Advocacy and Systems Change (promoting importance of culture and science sectors in policy, planning, visibility).

- Intent to Apply: September 2, 2026 at 5:00 pm PDT
- Final Application: September 16, 2026 at 5:00 pm PDT
Eligibility
Organizations or Tribes that plan to apply must complete your Account Profile, provide Organizational Details, and save a draft application by September 2, 2026 at 5:00 pm PDT. The application will not be available to organizations or Tribes to start an application after that date.
