A fully funded ArtXScience residency inviting creatives to collaborate with scientists on ecological challenges. Selected projects will explore soil or aquatic microorganisms through spatial artworks and community engagement, culminating at the Ars Biologica Festival 2028.

  • Aged 18+
  • 5+ years of professional practice
  • Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, ArtXScience and community engagement
  • Eligible to work and travel in the EU

€24,000 total funding including a €6,000 artist fee, up to €15,000 production budget and €3,000 for travel and subsistence. Accommodation for one-month stays in České Budějovice is separately covered.
