How do you arrange a composition? A color palette? Your time? Your life? . . . For the third year in a row, the Concord Garden Club’s floral designers will be selecting about 25 works in “Arranged” to create art-inspired floral arrangements for their annual “Art & Bloom” event, held on January 28 – 30, 2027. At least one piece will be selected for the exhibit.Eligibility: All current WCA/NH membersArtwork/Media Accepted: 2-D and 3-D, No video or installation work. Please do not submit works for consideration that have been exhibited at Kimball Jenkins in the past.Images to be submitted must be high resolution files: To prepare digital images, resize the longest side to 1200/1920 pixels while keeping the file size under 5 mb. These images may be used for promotional purposes.Artist Statement: Please include, for each piece submitted, a carefully edited paragraph, in 75 words or less, about that artwork. We ask that you say something about the work in particular –perhaps its meaning, or your process in creating it (choices in composition, materials, etc.). This statement will be included on the exhibition labels.Artist Notification of Selected Work: Tuesday, December 1, 2026Drop-off Date: Sun Jan 3 from 1-3 pm | Mon Jan 4 from 10-1Pick-up Date: Sun Feb 14 from 1-3 pm | Mon Feb 15 from 10-1Drop-off and Pick-up Location: Kimball Jenkins Estate, 266 N. Main Street, Concord, NH 03301. Kimball Jenkins does not have the capacity to store packing materials for artworks. Please prepare to take packing materials with you when dropping off, and bring materials with you when picking up.Shipping: If shipping artwork, please contact Inez McDermott at [email protected] to make arrangements. Sales Commission: Kimball Jenkins takes a 25% commission on artwork sales. Please note, this is a special low rate granted to WCA/NH artists.Sales Notification: If work is sold, the artist will be notified on or before Friday, February 13th, 2027 so that the artists will know that they don’t need to pick up their work.Insurance: Venue carries insurance.Disclaimer: The Artist retains all copyrights to their artwork.
