Overview
In collaboration with Decatur artist Larry Holland of Fishbone Art, Decatur Arts Alliance facilitates the transformation of traffic signal boxes into energetic works of art in Decatur. This is an ongoing initiative with very minimal submission limitations and no theme requirements.
