Mira Gáberová (born 1979, Slovakia) explores embodied experience and transitional zones between private and public space through video performances featuring theater curtains as visual and physical boundaries. Mario Mu (born 1987, Croatia) grounds his practice in virtual environments and their morphologies, examining how images construct boundaries between immersion and distance. Marei Loellmann (Berlin-based) explores material, the body, and time through site-specific works using natural materials; her exhibition piece examines volcanic ash as a material of transition.
