Get matched →Langley City invites emerging artists, designers, and creatives from the Lower Mainland to submit original artwork for the Fall Street Banner Program 2026-01. Selected artwork will be displayed as street banners throughout downtown Langley City, transforming the area into an outdoor gallery.
Approximately 32 inches (W) × 60 inches (H), in a vertical format. Important design elements must remain clear of top and bottom edges where banner hardware may cover artwork. Final artwork must be in CMYK colour format for production.

The selected artist will receive an honorarium of $1,000 CAD for the completed banner design package consisting of the left and right banner pair. Fabrication, printing, and installation costs will be covered by Langley City. Selected artists may be contacted to discuss minor revisions before final production.
