This exhibition invites visitors to explore the layers of our city’s past and present, reflecting on the challenges and beauty of living in New Orleans today. How do you experience it now, and how do you imagine its future? Selected through an open call, with final choices made by a community panel, these artworks capture the spirit of a city preserving its culture while embracing change. As part of the City of New Orleans Percent for Art Program, “How You Doin’ New Orleans?” highlights the balance of tradition and adaptation as we look toward a sustainable future.
Artworks purchased for the Percent for Art Program will be exhibited in city buildings throughout New Orleans.
