For artistic works (especially sculptures, installations, photography, visual poetry, or proposals requiring specific mounting) that need prior installation, anchoring systems, supports, audiovisual devices, lighting, technical elements, or any other resource for correct exhibition, the author must provide a detailed technical explanatory document. This document must include: detailed description of the mounting and installation system, complete list of materials and auxiliary elements, technical/electrical/audiovisual needs, specific handling and dismantling instructions, definitive exhibition dimensions, and estimated mounting/dismantling time. Participants must also provide all necessary materials and elements for mounting and exhibition. The Town Council may assess technical, spatial, and safety feasibility and adapt or limit mountings incompatible with the exhibition space or applicable regulations.
