ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival 2027 will feature over 250 fine artists selected by a jury of highly regarded art professionals. Artists are chosen for their unique styles and artistic excellence. The festival will showcase 12 fine art categories and includes an Emerging Artist program for first-time festival exhibitors.

  • September 26, 2026: Deadline for artist applications
  • October 3-4, 2026: Jury convenes to select artists
  • October 2026: Acceptance notifications e-mailed by end of month
  • December 2, 2026: Acceptance, Booth Fee Payment and Booth Insurance Deadline
  • December 9, 2026: Last day to cancel and receive 80% refund of booth fee
  • February 4-7, 2027: Festival (early load-in February 4 when paid in advance; general load-in February 5, 9am-5pm; festival February 6-7, 10am-5pm)

  • Submit four digital images for each category entered
  • Three images must be of individual pieces of work completed within the past 2 years
  • Fourth image must be an outdoor display showing overall continuity and presentation of current body of work (mandatory for professional artists; Emerging Artist Applicants may substitute a 4th artwork image)
  • Image size must be 1920 pixels horizontal x 1920 pixels vertical
  • Images must accurately represent work to be exhibited; do not include artist name or company name on any image
  • Blind jury process: avoid identifiable signs or photos of the artist in booth images

The jury consists of a panel of four experienced art professionals who score on a 1-7 scale. The top 250 artists receive invitations; those in the final round are retained for a waiting list of alternates. The 25 award winners from the prior year are automatically juried into the show, along with up to 10 invited artists and up to 8 emerging artists. A waitlist of up to 8 artists from each media category will be selected. An artist must achieve a minimum score to be considered for the show and waitlist.

All participating artists must provide a Certificate of Insurance to have a booth onsite. ArtiGras has partnered with ACT Insurance. Purchase insurance at https://app.actinsurance.com/policy/buy/ai/MTQ5MzQ= or through your insurance company. Send certificates to [email protected].

  • Artists retain all revenue from the sale of original artwork; no commission due to the Arts Festival
  • Marketplace (operated by Festival) may feature artist merchandise and reproduced items (greeting cards, postcards, books, calendars, apparel, t-shirts, stickers, magnets, ornaments, or other artist-branded merchandise approved by Festival management)
  • Artists participating in Marketplace receive proceeds from sales less 10% commission retained by the Festival
  • Merchandise sales only permitted through official Marketplace, not directly from artist booths

Designed for artists with no prior experience exhibiting and selling artwork at any venue, including galleries and other shows. Application procedure is the same as professional artists. Upon acceptance, emerging artists pay reduced booth fee, receive a 10'x10' tent with display walls, and receive mentoring through the Arts Festival.
