Overview
The 2026 German Community Award honors projects, initiatives, and organizations that effectively combat loneliness and strengthen social connections. It is presented by the Federal Ministry of Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women, and Youth (BMBFSFJ) in collaboration with the Competence Network on Loneliness (KNE) as part of the "Alliance Against Loneliness" and is held under the patronage of Federal Minister for Family Affairs Karin Prien.
