Overview

Woodstock Art Fair on the Square returns to picturesque Downtown Woodstock Square, a charming community rich in arts and culture with quaint shops, restaurants, music venues, and historic landmarks. All types of art are welcome.

Key Dates

• Through November 30, 2025: Early Bird Application (fee: $20)
• January 16, 2026: Regular application deadline
• February 16, 2026: Notifications of festival status online
• February 17, 2026 and thereafter: Late applications accepted (fee: $25)
• March 16, 2026: Registration forms and show fees due
• April 1, 2026: Last day for refunds (less $50)

Eligibility & Location

All types of art welcome. Woodstock residents who are invited to participate receive a discounted 10' by 10' booth space for $250. This is a late application listing; applications received after January 16 are considered late applications.

Booth & Space

Outdoor festival with approximately 100 spaces. Woodstock residents: $250 for 10' by 10' space (discounted). Standard booth pricing not stated in this late application listing.

Artist Services

• Artists keep all sales income from the show
• Saturday morning setup available; drive up to booth space for unloading
• Booth sitting assistance available throughout the festival
• Reserved artist parking at no additional cost (best efforts)
• Overnight security provided
• Tent, table, and chair rentals available (fees apply)
• Pro-panel walls available on first-come/first-served basis (fees apply)
• Setup/takedown assistance available on scheduled pre-reserved basis (fees apply)
• Hotel discounts at local hotels

Waitlist Policy

Applications received after January 16 are considered late applications. If no spaces are available, applicants will receive a waitlist number based on jury score. We notify the artist of status within 10 business days after receipt of the late application. Waitlisted artists are invited as cancellations occur and can resubmit images for reconsideration. Waitlist artists can be accepted up to and on the day of the show and will be notified by phone and/or email.

Marketing & Support

Amdur Productions provides comprehensive marketing support including digital advertisements, radio, posters, street banners, social media, and direct mail. Professional public relations team ensures high visibility. Staff present on-site throughout the entire festival to assist from load-in to load-out.
