About
Overview
The Cultural Arts Alliance invites current artist members to exhibit and sell original fine art work at the 38th Annual ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival. This year's Artist Member Exhibit is renamed the "Donnelle Clark Reagin Collaborative Exhibit" to honor longtime CAA volunteer and artist member Donnelle Clark Reagin. Up to 40 artist members will be accepted in order of submission.
Key Dates
- Submission deadline: April 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST
- Artwork delivery: Friday, May 1, 12 p.m.–3 p.m.
- Exhibition: Saturday, May 2 (10 a.m.–7 p.m.) and Sunday, May 3 (10 a.m.–5 p.m.)
- Artwork pickup: Sunday, May 3, 5–6 p.m.
Eligibility
- Must be a current CAA Member in good standing at time of submission and exhibition
- Must volunteer four (4) hours during ArtsQuest
Media & Size
- Accepted mediums: Oils & Acrylics, Works on Paper, Mixed Media, Photography, Original Digital Art, Glass, Jewelry, Wood, Fiber, Metal, and Ceramics
- Maximum three (3) pieces per artist
- Maximum size: 48 in. x 48 in. (including frame) or 96 in. total surface area
- Only original, one-of-a-kind artwork; no prints or Giclée reproductions
Awards
- 1st place: $200
- 2nd place: $100
- 3rd place: $50
How to Enter
- Submit up to three (3) original pieces via the application
- Include for each piece: title, medium, dimensions, and retail price (including 7% sales tax)
- Upon delivery, attach a legible label to the back with: artist name, title, medium, dimensions (with frame if applicable), retail price, and artist's cell phone number
- Ensure all hanging work arrives professionally finished with secure hardware and wire attached ("D" rings preferred; sawtooth hangers not permitted)
Sales & Payment
The CAA will process sales and provide a check to the artist (less credit card fees) within two weeks. Artists are responsible for reporting and remitting their own sales tax. The CAA cannot facilitate sales of artwork that is not clearly priced.
Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery: Friday, May 1, 12 p.m.–3 p.m. at Grand Boulevard's Town Center (Collaborative Exhibit tent)
- Pickup: Sunday, May 3, 5–6 p.m.
- Artists are responsible for monitoring weather and retrieving work if necessary due to inclement weather
