Residency Overview
Nadine Khalil, a Dubai-based independent art critic and curator from Lebanon with over a decade of experience in art publishing, curatorial work, and institutional advisory, will participate in a residency from June to August 2026. Her curatorial research centers on the body as an expanded site of performance, labor, and technological embodiment, bringing together questions of materiality, subjectivity, and the shifting boundaries between human and machine.
Residency Plans
During the residency, she plans to visit artist studios, meet fellow art professionals, and engage with the local cultural scene, deepening the cross-cultural research that has long been central to her practice.
About PART International Art Residency Austria
PART International Art Residency Austria is a programme on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Housing, Arts, Culture, Media and Sport. Refurbished to meet modern ecological standards between 2023 and 2025 with funding from the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility and the Austrian Federal Government, the area currently houses 13 studios for local artists and six international residence studios and THE HALL.
